you can log in to rushcard and see the balance when add mp directly from the rushcard acc

dude, go to moneypak.com and hit "add to paypal" then log into a fake paypal, you dont have to add it to the paypal but it will show the balance.

Or you can go to moneypak Request refund page and see if the moneypak code has balance and is valid.
