Download “Orbot” app to your mobile device.
1. Run Orbot app.
2. And thats all. You can just turn on VPN Mode (center right).
3. The start button should be pressed automatically after the VPN mode is enabled.
4. Also you can choose any other proxy-server. Tap on “Global (Auto)” and choose the country from the list.
5. Open telegram and use.
6. To completely close the application, click on the three dots in the upper right corner of the screen and tap “Exit”, after turning off the “VPN mode” and clicking on the “STOP” button.
