LR cashout question

Just wondering how do u guys cashout LR in UK? What exchangers do u use? Any sugestions welcome.

Using special Company.

Cash in via LR and Cashout as Bank Wire / Western Union / and some others.

I loose 6-9 % of complete Amount
And it takes 3-4 Business Days.

But you can do it with legal/illegal LR amounts. doesnt matter.
