Lost half of my ICQ contacts

Without doing anything on my PC I lost half of my Icq contacts. I presently use ICQ7 and I had 520+ plus contacts but all reduced to 250 or so in secs. Luckily for me all contacts see me online but I dont see them.

And at one point I used Trillian and Trililian retains an xml file with all contacts on my computer. Does anyone know how I can synchronize this file with the ICQ servers? Or I can fix this problem?

So in a nutshell I believe my contacts are on icq servers in some ways but when I log to icq it doesn't download my full contact list. OR vice versa DAMN! I'm very mad at the situation. Any help?

Why do vendors especially use ICQ when they keep logs of the conversations you make. ARE YOU PEOPLE RETARDED ? READ MORE ON SECURITY BLOGS ! 520+ contacts ? WTF ?
