Which country is the cheapest country to open a foreign bank account in? I have a passport and drivers license already. I would like to get a bank acc't in that name and a debit card as well. Then possibly establish a 2nd residency in yet another country with that same ID and do the same thing there. Other supporting documentation would be helpful such as gym memberships or memberships to business organizations, video rental store memebership cards, etc but right now i want a bank acct as cheap as possible in that name. I do not have a legit address for that name at this time, only a pmb. I see this as a long term project and am ok with that but if I can get it done quickly, even better.
