Hi, you are unlikely to find a partner/teacher/mentor etc., and if you do find an adequate and normal one, it will cost you a couple thousand bucks at best.
Learn from the articles on the forum, there are plenty of them, ask questions if you don't understand something and you will learn in time.
And yes, don't fall for scammers who teach for 30-500$.
