I would suggest you to either use services, or if you really want a partner, make sure they deposit your % into a escrow service, so for example lets say you have a 1000$ product to be picked up and you get 40% of the item, tell the pickuper to deposit 400$ into an escrow service, simple, and prevents "stealing"
But thats only if you dont want to keep the item.
