Looking for a person who can do calls

I am looking for someone who speaks good english and who is comfortable making calls to unaware victims in USA.

With social engineering and my plan you will ask them 5 questions about their credit file. Questions like: "With which bank is your current loan?"
Nothing too sensitive so most will answer them.

I pay $40 per call. Call shouldn't last more than 5 mins.

Why not just to buy credit report for that guy and save time?
