Linkables?!! which ones work best?

Its a guy I know who is eating off of auto add cards but ive had no such luck. I know its a way because im seeing the cashout screen shots on his insta and i kno ppl in his circle that vouch for his success in this field, but he is gatekeeping viciously.lol I would like to know which banks allow you to link with no otp verification and allows tap with no region lock? As I assume thats what he has access to because he is too dumb and lazy to kno how to set up his phone for iphone work. im not hating on him i just want this method real bad can anyone help?

Honestly i dont believe in linkables (espacially for Apay) never seen a "legit one".
Also i think, that if i cant link my own card to apay without prompting 2fa, i cant do it with someone elses.

In each country, banks set a limit on the amount that can be withdrawn without entering an OTP code. You can find out this amount on the official websites of banks.
There are cards with bins, for which the OTP is not sent via SMS to the cardholder's phone. In order to succeed, you need to know these bins.
If you plan to cash out cards from another country in your country, make sure that the regional blocking service is not connected to them.
Also, the cards have a daily limit on withdrawals from ATMs, which you should find out in advance.

Well not exactly linkable in the way that your thinking, there are some card control apps with certain banks you are able to add card to apple pay within the platform instead of adding it via apple wallet

I understand, your saying i need specific bins to do this specific thing i get that part. The answer i seek is, what are the bins

You can find suitable bins for specific sites in the corresponding forum topics. Keep in mind that public bins may no longer work. Suitable bins can only be found through specific practice, trial and error.
