there is lots of prepaid card services which work with LR/WMZ like instantvirtualcreditcards.com but i want a reloadable card to use it always to pay my monthly bills. is there any good reloadable card service which work with LR or WMZ ?

I wouldn't recommend using a card that you use to cashout LR/WMZ to pay your bills even if the bills aren't in your real name. Just use the card at the ATM and pay your bills with a money order.

If you are in the US, I recommend you use Greendot Cards. You can reload them with cash and it works just like a debit card. There are also a number of other companies that offer the same type of card and are reloadable using the same MoneyPak.

You do need fullz and a drop to get it started.
