Hello guys, Im quite new with stuff. I was just a shop stricker with swipe cards, but started to research things and I became more then a meet going for shopping. So I found out this paypal stuff. Today I've learned how to put money on my LR, a noob, I know right? 
I saw I can buy ebay's too, i thought to myself, why? I can make one myself. Then I saw it is indicated how many pluses does ebay account have, so that became clear. The more pluses the more trusted you are probablly. I didn't have that much money on my LR to buy both at the time so I bought a UK paypal account with 4K. Thats nice!
But, I was able to spend only 1.4K and Im not allowed, security pops in, for a call. And Im not sure how to behave further. I found out on the order which was confirmed, that my drop adress I put is not confirmed yet, I should get the item on Tuesday. It will be send on Monday. So now lots of confusion. Because the guy might stumble uppon his account and see a massive minus in his funds. So I thought, I probably did a wrong thing getting an order done on Friday, plus this adress verification, is it necessary? How it gonna work out?
I just wanna know guys, how to BEHAVE WITH PAYPAL? Tell me as much as you can.
I know I know I am a N00b. But I have funds, Im not expecting anything free to drop for me, Im willing to learn and I will get good profits for vendors aswell.
Please help me out guys!
