Whats the jail time you will serve and penalty (if any) if you get caught in different counties?

I heard in USA its 20 years with 1 million USD penalty.
In Russia 5 years.
China life sentence

What about other counties? Please mention if you know.

sentences got bigger, its not longer slap on wrist, even on first offence you can get 4 years .

majority is indeed chip and pin, but there are plenty of 101 ( cashcards, savings ) in use in uk.
skimming is no way near dead in uk.
every body when hear uk 201 +pin , feel like running coz they know they hard to cashout, but let me tell you that you can still make a decent living from 101's only( wich pay in uk)

Anyone knows whats the sentence like in India?

Also, suppose you get caught stealing $200k, but when you got raided, you don't have the cash and you get a fine to pay lets say like $300k, what happens if you don't pay it? (and pigs don't find the money you made skimming)

the sentence depend on what you was doing. if u only a solo worker and get couple d+p and get caught in canada u get nothing...maybe a probation. but if u in big shit with big team hard cashout and everything, exemple: you chip mod ingenico pad and u get2000 d+p per week...now u probably be in some shit 3-4 years of pen. the best way is...not to get caught...if possible lolll

in India first you will get bail maximum in 90 days after you wont have to worry because they wont even start the trial but if trial get completed you will get 6 months to 7 years of sentence..
