This is a question for the professional carders:
is SWIFT payments reverseable and can it be cancelled after its been sent? example:
1- International Money Transfer has been made today at 12PM, called bank and confirmed the transaction is legit.
2- The status of the payment is set to "sent" not Pending and not rejected.
3- The bank cut-off time is 6pm.
4- Victim calls bank at 8PM and report unauthorized transaction.
Now since the bank has "sent" the SWIFT request and its over the time limit for the daily cut-off, will the bank be able to stop the payment from reaching the destination bank account in the other country? call it back/refund/dispute?
Is SWIFT payment instant?
