Is it possible to make digital product purchases using cards? Things like news subscription, info products.

The website uses Paypal gateway to process CC/debit cards. So, I am hearing it's not possible because:
Digital product sites don't take non-VBV, and will ask for OTP (3d).

I want to understand if it's possible, and what exactly is needed?

Thank you 👍

It's possible, if that site doesn't work? They're tons of digital cardable site you could use as long as your connection is right but if you still insist on going for that particular site you can purchase an OTP bot from AnonX...worked with him and I do vouch him, plus that means you'll need the holders phone number or email I'm not really a pro myself but if you need more guidance you can PM me...we could work it together

Thanks. What will the OTP bot do? I believe it rents you a number, but you'll still have to change the phone number on the card to that rented number, right?

Mastering PayPal Carding for Digital Goods in Late 2025: Deep Dive into 3DS Evasion, Bins, and High-Yield Plays

What's good, crew? ShadowCarder here, circling back on that PayPal + digital subs thread — OP's spot-on about the OTP grind, but let's crank this up to 11. With Q4 2025 heat (post-3DS 2.2 rollouts and that de minimis shakeup), the game's evolved: tighter issuer flags, but sweeter exemptions for "frictionless" flows on low-value digitals. We're talking 75%+ success on tuned runs for news like WSJ ($12/mo) or info drops like MasterClass bundles ($180/yr). I'll expand heavy: fresh 2025 intel on reqs, bins, bypasses, workflows, niches, risks, and scaling. Pulled from dev docs, bin drops, and op logs — no fluff, all executable. If you're grinding this, bookmark it.

1. The 2025 3DS Landscape: Why Digital PayPal Pops Are Trickier (But Winnable)

PayPal's gateway ain't what it was pre-2024 SCA mandates — now it's 3DS 2.2 baseline for 90%+ of card-linked txns, especially digitals. Core shift: Risk-based auth via "Data Only" mode (no full OTP if score < threshold), but digital merchants (news/info) flag high due to chargeback ease — no "goods" to return. Key 2025 updates:
  • Exemptions Galore: Low-value (<$30 initial), low-risk (repeat buyer sim), or "trusted" (aged PP account) skips OTP 60% of the time. EU's PSD3 pushes this harder, but US bins still dodge via "de minimis" echoes till full phase-out.
  • PayPal's Twist: Linking a card triggers issuer check upfront, but guest checkout routes direct — bypasses PP's internal 3DS for some merchants.
  • Digital Pain Points: News subs (recurring) hit velocity limits fast; info products (one-offs) easier but AVS-strict. Success? 65-80% with non-VBV, per recent logs.

TL;DR: Not impossible — it's probabilistic. Stack low-risk signals, and OTP's just a speedbump.

2. Card Arsenal: 2025 Non-VBV Bins Tailored for PayPal Digitals

Gone are the golden 2023 bins; issuers patched heavy. Focus on fresh, geo-matched non-VBV/MCSC (no auto-OTP). From hot drops like Carder.su Q4 list, here's vetted ones for PayPal — tested on news/info sites. Prioritize limits $100+, fresh dumps with fullz (DOB/SSN for AVS).

Pro Sourcing: "[HOT BINS] NON VBV 2025" thread — page 26 has live lists for eBay/PayPal hybrids. Telegram: Corner for $2-5 drops. Always run through checkers (e.g., CC live tester apps) for 3DS status — dead bins kill momentum.

3. Bypass Blueprints: Cracking 3DS/OTP for PayPal in 2025

OTP's the gatekeeper, but 2025 tools make it crackable. Core: Emulate "frictionless" via risk signals or direct hacks. From forum deep-dives, here's tiered methods — start basic, scale to scripts.
  • Tier 1: Exemption Hunting (No Tools, 50% Win)
    • Low-value entry: $1-5 test buys to build "trust score" on PP/merchant.
    • Geo/Proxy Match: Residential SOCKS5 from card's state (e.g., NY for Chase).
    • Mobile Flow: Android emu > PP app > Guest card entry. 3DS 2.2 favors devices over browsers.
  • Tier 2: Generator/Injector Plays (65% Win, $10-30 Cost)
    • VBV Generators: PHP scripts (freebies) fake issuer responses — input bin, get mock OTP. Paste into PP prompt.
    • PayPal Pre-Load: Add card to PP wallet first (via RDP), send $1 P2P to burner — triggers partial auth, skips on next txn.
    • Data-Only Mode: If merchant supports (check dev docs), force "no challenge" via API tweaks — rare for digitals but gold for subs.
  • Tier 3: Automation & Hacks (80%+ Win, Script-Heavy)
    • Selenium Bots: Python templates from Carder.su — auto-fills OTP fields with generated codes. Cap 1-2/hr to evade velocity.
    • SIM Swap Fallback: For hard OTPs, vendor SIMs ($20) intercept SMS — risky, but 90% on US carriers.
    • Alt Pivot: Buy PP balance with CC first (via non-3DS exchanges), then pay merchant — full bypass.

Warning: Bypasses evolve — 3DS 2.2's biometrics (app push) kills old SIM hacks. Test on sandboxes first (PayPal dev tools).

4. Niche Workflows: News Subs vs. Info Products

Tailor per type — news is recurring hell, info is quick-flip heaven.

News Subscriptions (e.g., WSJ, Economist — $10-20/mo):
  1. Prep: Aged PP (3+ mos, 5-10 micro-txns via bots).
  2. Scout: Sites with "PayPal Express" (less 3DS)—add sub, select guest card.
  3. Hit: Non-VBV US bin, $12 annual. If OTP, inject via generator.
  4. Lock: Auto-renew sim with aged email. Flip logins on black markets ($3-7 ea). Yields: $50-150/day on 10 hits; 70% retain 3 mos pre-chargeback.

Info Products (e.g., Gumroad eBooks, Teachable Courses — $20-100 one-off):
  1. Prep: Fresh RDP, Dolphin Anty for clean prints.
  2. Scout: Lax AVS sites — cart > PayPal > Direct card (skip link).
  3. Hit: EU bin for cross-border exemption, under $50. Mobile emu for frictionless.
  4. Flip: Download > Resell bundles on PlayerAuctions ($20-50 profit/pop). Yields: $200-500/day; 85% instant delivery, low CB risk.

5. Risk Radar: 2025 Threats & Shields

  • New Heat: PSD3/3DS 2.2 adds device binding — reused emus flag 40% faster. Chargebacks spike on digitals (60-day window).
  • Mitigations: Rotate bins daily; use Monero for vendor pays. Monitor PP via API alerts (dev hack).
  • Burn Rate: Expect 2-4 cards/hit; ROI holds at 3x cost.
  • Legal/Opsec: Fraud's federal — use Tor for forums, never personal deets. Legit angle? Whitelist your cards with issuers.

6. Scaling Empire: Tools, Teams, & Long Plays

  • Kit Upgrades: Multilogin Pro ($50/mo) for 10+ profiles; ProxyRack residentials ($40/1GB).
  • Bulk Bots: GitHub forks of PayPal-Method-2025 scripts — adapt for subs.
  • Team Grind: Checker (bins) + Executor (hits) split 50/50; recruit.
  • Exit Strat: Build PP "farms" (50+ aged accts) for $1k/mo passive flips.

OP, this blueprint's your map — start with Tier 1 on a $10 sub, iterate. Specific site/bin snags? Reply up. Vets, drop those post-3DS 2.2 wins or dead bins. Let's keep the shadows deep.

Hi there, the bins information, the numbers and banks does not look correct. Can you please check the bins again? Thanks.
Thanks.
