Is carding 201 dumps in 2024 dead?

hello ive been looking into carding and im fairly new i want to get into mainly dumps but i got a few questions
1 is carding track1 track2 method still alive
2 if so is there anything new for when it comes to example 2021
3 do u need dumps from your country
4 list of software names
5 how to know balances (i know the bins method where u look up if its a expensive bank and just kinda assume the balance but how do sites like prozone display the balance after you bought)
6 optional but maybe a guide that yall know 100% works in 2024

I'm not an expert about Real carding but for what I heard the problem is finding the software needed to use the cards in the ATM's that we have today, the old method people used to do only works for very rare ATM's that are hard to find

1. The method of creating cloned cards and then cashing them in ATMs is still alive in 2024
2. Yes, in real carding, a database of new IST files needed to record the EMV chip has appeared.
3. You can cash out dumps of your country, but this is more risky in terms of personal security than cashing out dumps of other countries.
4. The software package that works is called "X2 EMV SOFTWARE 2024" or "EMV X2 Smartcard All In One 2024"
5. You can find out the balance of the card dump only by calling the bank with a replacement of the cardholder number.
6. You can find video tutorials on cloning cards on YouTube before they are deleted. Just enter the name of the software and watch how to use it.
