If, when paying by card, you encounter some kind of error, terminal refusal ("delineation"), then the response code will give you an understanding of why this happened. Below is a transcript of the responses of payment systems:
Code 00 is a successful operation.
Code 01 - refuse, call the issuing bank
Code 02 - refuse, call the issuing bank (special condition)
Code 03 Invalid merchant, unregistered merchant or payment aggregator
Code 04 - withdraw the card without giving a reason. Card block due to fraud. Pick-up card.
Code 05 - Do not Honor. (The transaction was rejected by the bank for no reason.
06 Error. Unknown error on the bank's side, repeat
07 Pick-up card, special condition. The card is blocked by the bank due to fraud
08 - to serve with identification by document and signature or cancel the entire operation
12 Invalid transaction card / issuer / acquirer The merchant does not accept cards from this bank.
13 Invalid amount The amount has exceeded the bank's transaction limit, possibly an error in entering the amount
14 Invalid card number - Invalid card number or the card is blocked by the holder / bank
17 - refuse, rejected by the card user.
19 System Error - System error on the side of the merchant / bank, you need to repeat the transaction
21 No Action Taken Prohibited by the bank without any explanation
31 issuers not found in the payment system
32 partially completed
34 Suspected Fraud Suspected fraud
39 No Credit Account No credit card account
41 Lost Card, Pickup; Lost card, withdraw

64 - the amount of authorization canceled is different from the original authorization amount
65 - refuse, exceeding the maximum number of transactions for this card // account debit limit
67 - card withdrawn from ATM
75 Exceeds PIN Retry; pin entered the maximum number of times
78 Function Not Available; card number is invalid or does not exist
80 Network error
81 PIN (MC) cipher error
82 CVV Validation Error; wrong cvv code)
83 - refuse, network error (technical problems)
86 cannot be verified pin
88 encryption error Pin
91 Issuer not available; there is no connection with the bank, technical problems
93 Transaction violates law; the transaction is illegal
94 Duplicate Transaction; double transaction.
96 System Error; system error on the side of the merchant / not contacting the issuing bank
100 (Visa used, analogue of code 119 for MasterCard) - No permission. Incorrect data encryption method. (example: the issuing bank blocks magnetic stripe transactions for the Chip Card).
101 - The card is expired (examples: the card has expired or the card has been reissued)
117 - Invalid PIN code
119 for MC (see code 100 above): Unable to Encrypt Message - SecurePay's security methods were unable to encrypt the message
Code 182 - refusal of the issuing bank. Perhaps the card has restrictions on payments on the Internet.
Code Z1 - technical error of the terminal; if there is no PIN priority, the card is not serviced.
Code Z3 - online does not work, and offline, the terminal rejected the transaction.
Q1 - card authentication failed
NX - internal terminal error, for example, no network route or reset of the IP address
