Me - Hi, introduce yourself!
G - Good afternoon.
I am the founder of the BidenCash trading platform.

Me - How old? Where are you from? What do you do and for how long? How did you come to this?
G - At the moment, I am the founder of the BidenCash platform, as I wrote earlier.
I have been actively developing the resource for two years. I have
in the crime scene for over 23 years.
Previously, I was engaged in installing sniffers and breaking off various resources of the financial sector, but resources tend to die quite quickly, and the material dies in packs, for which we can say thanks to the security services of banks and researchers.
The decision was made quite quickly, as soon as such large platforms as ferum, unik and joker were closed, there was nowhere to supply the material, and I was already tired of this routine, so I decided to try to create something, not destroy it.

Me - What did you do just when you entered the market? Did you want to go completely white? What do you think about the future in black?
G - I tried to find ways to make money. It was mainly spam, clothing and plastic.
Yes, there is such a goal, I am simultaneously developing two white businesses. But any business requires significant investments until it starts to make a profit.
Black has always been, is and will be. But in the long run, it will not give you the income that a completely white project can bring.
In the long run, all bets are on white, there are no options here.

Me - Why BidenCash? How did you come to create your marketplace? What are your goals for the next year?
G - The name was born completely by accident, we needed something relevant, easy to pronounce and recognizable.
As I have already told you above: the closure of large platforms, the growth of labor costs and time for obtaining cards, and most importantly - the desire to create, not to break. The
plans include expanding the audience coverage towards the eastern sector, adding several dozen more proven suppliers and closing a set of new ones, trying to restore the reputation of stores in general.

Me - What were the difficulties in creating the marketplace? How much was spent on development? And what income do you expect to reach?
G - There were quite a lot of difficulties. Starting from DDoS attacks and ending with finding a balance in the protection system for buyers and suppliers.
During the first year, several dozen DDoS attacks took place, thanks to which it was possible to identify weak points and close them.
Many times the screws were tightened for both buyers and suppliers, which led to a sharp drop in cooperation between both, but the balance was successfully found, and as practice shows, we were able to find that golden mean. The key role in this was played by the public protection system, which allowed us to filter out buyers who deliberately kill cards and make returns, as well as suppliers who try to upload the same material to different shops. It is simply no longer profitable for them to cooperate with us.
In a nutshell, the first year and a half were very difficult, but in my opinion, we were able to overcome them and become better.
I did not draw statistics on how much exactly was spent on development, but not less than $ 2,000,000
. We have no income plans. We are just trying to progress.

Me - Were there any losses due to such buyers, sellers? If so, what kind? How many people are on your team? Do you have partners? What is the hierarchy? Were there any cases of betrayal and deception in the team?
G - Yes, there were losses, but not significant, about $ 20-30 thousand. Everything was stopped quickly enough and serious damage was avoided.
The team consists of two people, me and support. We had to hire support a year ago due to lack of time. It is becoming impossible to do development, marketing and support through the ticket system alone with such a number of users.
Yes, we have partners, at the moment 5 shops are connected to us under the resale program, it allows us to increase the speed of sales of materials, and partners to expand their range.
No, there were no cases of fraud, I am very strict in matters of cooperation and all the nuances are discussed on the shore.

Me - Have your store's sales dropped after Biden left the presidential race?
G - No, Biden's actions do not affect us in any way, most people do not care what the site is called, the most important thing is that the material is of high quality and there is adequate support.

Me - Do you have friends from online who have gone offline? How do your circle of friends feel about what you do? Are you ready to say goodbye to black at any moment if they "push" you?
G - No, almost from the very beginning of my journey in dark, I understood that this is not a game. And I excluded any personal acquaintances with people from my sphere. Nicknames or guarantors were always enough for everyone.
Some thought that this was paranoia, but as time has shown, it is safety and a sense of self-preservation.
None of my offline acquaintances know about the second life. At first, it was difficult to hide, but over time, all the legends became so honed that sometimes I myself begin to believe in them.
Yes, this can happen at any moment, for this reason I develop legal directions.

Me - Have there been problems with the police? What do you do to remain anonymous online? What do you use for this?
G - No, there were no problems with the police. Most likely because from the very beginning I was thinking about how to avoid them. Which I can't say about many people I worked with before, some of them either went to jail or got suspended sentences and retired.
I don't lead an active life on forums, I separate work and personal moments, for each of my activities I create new personalities that do not intersect with each other in any way. And of course traffic control, as well as the absence of drugs and alcohol. The latter can play a cruel joke on you and you will make a mistake that will be enough to find you.
I use the same as everyone else, vpn, tor, proxy, veracrypt, linux.
You can be behind 10 VPNs, encrypt all media and close all the curtains, but just one case of laziness or haste is enough, and here you are already registering on another forum or site using one of the old emails, which in the future can serve as a key clue for your arrest.
And of course, it is important not to consider yourself the most brilliant in the world, because for every genius there is an even smarter person.

Me - What principles does your service adhere to? Have you tried to pour traffic and get cards yourself? How do you check the product?
G - We have only two principles:
1. The task is to make something that I would use myself
2. Reputation is more important than money

I have been mining material for 7-8 years and, as I said earlier, now it requires significantly more time and constant monitoring. I am simply not interested in it anymore.
It is better to spend this time improving the service itself and receive a 10% commission from the sale.
For card validation, we use only two checkers that have been tested by time, 4check and luxchecker.
When a supplier uploads databases, we send 10 to 100 (depending on the database volume) random cards per check, which results in an average database validity rate (CVR).
If the average validity is higher than 90%, the database goes on sale without the possibility of refunds with the VHQ mark. If the validity is from 89 to 40 percent, the database goes on sale with the possibility of refunds and the HQ and MQ marks. All databases with a validity below 40% go to the CHEAP PRICE section without the possibility of return and priced at less than $1.
VHQ category databases undergo a remoderation process every 4 days, and HQ and MQ once every two weeks. If we notice a CVR drop of more than 30%, the database goes to the CHEAP PRICE section regardless of its CVR. Such a sharp drop may indicate that the material is either supplied to other shops, or there are neighbors on the resource with a sniffer.

Me - How much was spent on the campaign in honor of the project's anniversary in March 2023, where you gave away 2kk cards? How many users switched to you because of this campaign? Will you do something similarly large-scale this year?
G - We didn't spend a cent on the campaign, it was agreed upon with our three major suppliers, who allocated the material for it. Of course, the validity of this database was initially around 20%, but people got it for free.
This database was not intended exactly for forum users, it was for journalists and researchers. And they found it, and the loud headlines gave us huge coverage due to news resources. The resonance lasted about a month or two, and at its peak there were more than 3,000 new registrations per day.
I don't know yet, journalists are unlikely to be interested in this for the third time, but the attention to us from VISA, in their annual report, is certainly flattering. We'll try to do something more interesting and resonant.

Me - I also remember your leak of 8 million lines on crd2? What do you think about the terms of forums and working with them? What do you think about marketplaces working with ru? Will ru cards appear in your assortment? What are the terms of your suppliers and how to get there?
Mr. - Yes, this is the holders' data. Also an agreed-upon promotion.
Some forums do have inflated advertising prices, but as long as they generate traffic, they can dictate their terms and we are forced to agree with them.
There are a lot of forums with fake activity and before you understand this, you will still have to spend a lot of money on buying advertising. Whether
to work in the CIS or not is the choice of each platform, we do not support this. The CIS countries are poor in themselves, for the same reason there are so many cybercriminals in the CIS.
No, we do not plan to look for suppliers of CIS cards. There are situations when such cards are uploaded, but as a rule, these are a few pieces for several million foreign ones.
The conditions for suppliers are different and depend on the quality of the material. If a supplier uploads databases with a validity of more than 90% and no duplicates with other suppliers, then his percentage of sales is 90%. If the databases have a low CVR or a high percentage of duplicates, then the percentage is reduced. Suppliers receive from 90% to 50% of sales. To become a supplier, simply register on any of the domains presented on our link monitor bidencash.st and open a ticket with the title I want to become a supplier, after which the support will ask clarifying questions and open the database download section.

Me - How much does your best supplier take on average? How do you dress? What is your setup? What accessories do you have (PC, phone, headphones, watch, jewelry)?
G - I will not name exact amounts, I can only say that the largest suppliers earn several btc per month.
I do not dress in branded clothes, I prefer quality over pathos, and I do not wear jewelry. There are also not many requirements for technology, all equipment must be fast and fairly light. I have no preferences for manufacturers.

Me - Have they tried to deanonize you? Scam you? Match you? If so, tell us how it was?
G - After the news, I think many people tried, but there was no blackmail in this direction. All the possibilities of deanonymization were foreseen in advance.
Yes, scam in our field is a common occurrence, but experience allows us to avoid such moments.
In order to hook someone, you first need to deanonymize.

Me - What is the monthly turnover of your resource? What is the team's monthly check? And how is all this distributed?
G - I do not want to disclose such details. I think based on previous answers, we can conclude that the project brings in enough.
All income is distributed according to responsibilities. But I can say that the best work model is working for a percentage of income, which is an incentive to work conscientiously.

Me - How would you characterize yourself with 3 adjectives?
G - I do not like to evaluate myself and give a characterization. It will not be objective.

Me - Tell me what was the turning point in your life? What served as your choice of working in the dark?
G - The turning point, like everyone else's - the need for money.
There were no opportunities to earn money in a small provincial southern town, except for the factory and resale of various goods.
I didn’t want to kill my health with chemicals, so I started looking for alternative options, and gradually went to dark.
As soon as the first money started coming in, I realized that it was possible to earn money here.

Me: What was your biggest profit - earnings in dark? What was it like?
G: Money loves silence, but I will say that the amount was enough not to think about how to live for three years quite well.
The first few months I rested, then I began to think in which direction to move and what was more promising to develop in, gradually finding myself in carding and collecting cards with subsequent delivery to various shops.

Me: What do you think about pav? Do you play sports? How do you feel about alcohol, cigarettes, etc.?
G: I have a negative attitude to any bad habits, they have a very bad effect on work and health.

Me: What is the secret of success? What exactly contributed to your success? What advice would you share with our subscribers?
G - The secret is quite simple. Do what you are interested in. Always put your reputation and idea first, not money.
I would give one piece of advice: don't chase immediate profit, work on your reputation so that it works for you later. This thing will allow you to make useful contacts in the long term, which will allow you to earn several times more in the future.

I - What do you think about burnout? How do you cope? What material would you recommend to improve your profitability? Write the top 3 books in your opinion that everyone should read.
G - Burnout certainly has a strong impact on work and its results. The most important thing is to learn to identify it at the earliest stage.
The main question is fatigue or loss of interest in the activity. If it is just fatigue, you need to learn to rest your head and change your environment for a few days. If you lose interest in the activity, you need to try to switch to other areas.
I did not quite understand the question about the material, if we are talking about various dietary supplements and stimulants, they will not solve the problem of lack of motivation and interest.
There are no books that, after reading, will immediately make you a lot of money or become successful, you need to read according to your needs for certain knowledge. And everyone chooses fiction to their liking.

Me - What do you think about today's youth (14 and older)? What advice would you give? What life experience would you like to share with our readers?
G - The modern generation is quite strongly influenced by social networks, they do not know how to distinguish between a beautiful picture and real life. Especially the newfangled cults of productivity and money, which brainwash too much and make you feel somehow miserable and inadequate.
I can only give two pieces of advice: first of all, value your reputation and follow the fake life on Instagram less.

Me - Who would you like to tag out of all the people? And why? What acquaintances do you regret? What is true friendship for you?
G - I will not tag anyone publicly, everyone who needs to already knows my opinion.

Me - The audience adapts to the current security systems and finds loopholes, well done. Of course, there are impenetrable individuals, looking at whom, you involuntarily want to ask the question "How did you manage to start a computer?" It is
not difficult to raise, it is difficult to find suppliers and earn a reputation without spending all the money on advertising in the first month.
The law is simple, solve three problems: not enough material = no buyers, no buyers = no sales, no sales = no suppliers. Everything revolves around these three problems.
The hardest part is finding the initial capital to promote the project and constantly monitoring your anonymity and safety.

Me - Why did you choose the 2crd forum and not the same wwh, etc.? What do you think about wwh and its audience and administration?
G - WWH. I never liked this forum for the arrogance of the administration.
In the early stages of the forum, there was not so much advertising, intrusive courses, arrogant moderators and equally arrogant users who considered themselves the progenitors of carding.
Now the forum has turned into one big advertising banner and a very aggressive community that will never give advice.
2crd has a fairly ancient history and a decent amount of foreign traffic.

Me - What do you think about TalkTheScam? And will you show your crypto wallet?
G - An interesting project with a fairly large audience.
No, I won't show you my wallet.

Me - What would you like to say in closing? Would you like to say hello? Who would you like to mention? What is the strength?
G - A lot has already been said, I think that's enough.
The strength is in the anti-fraud system.

Me - Thank you very much for the interview and the time spent!

Value your reputation and time.
