Today's guest is from the distant 2017, carding, money laundering.
I am the Channel Admin.
G - Guest.
Me - Hello, how are you? Introduce yourself
G - I'm fine, thanks
I have been involved in money laundering and carding since 2017, widely known in the Chinese community under the nickname Xiao or RatVCC.
Me - How did you get into this? What did you do before?
G - I served time in prison from 2012 to 2016, that's where I got acquainted with this. There are a lot of fraudulent call centers in China, like bank phishing or something like that. It is very easy to smuggle anything into prison, no matter what anyone thinks about the level of police in China.
It is very bad, and most of what people who do not live in China see in the news is propaganda.
Before I was sent to prison, I was just a factory worker.
Me - Why did you go to prison?
G - Because of drugs, I tried to grow weed just for myself.
Me - What is your monthly income from the above?
G - About $50-80k per month, depending on the quality of the material
Me - Where do you spend your money? Do you save? Invest?
G - Save half, spend half on a rich life.
Me - What do you do in your free time?
G - In my free time, I work, as if such money requires special attention, so as not to be a problem for the tax authorities. And so, when I have free time, I really like to play golf, and I also collect expensive watches.
Me - Can you tell me a few stories from prison? How did you make money there? Is there a caste of lower ones? The authorities?
G - Bank phishing, there are entire underground call centers in prisons that do this, just like in Russia, but on a more serious level, there are definitely negative votes in a Chinese prison, as for the stories from prison, it's a difficult question, nothing special happened.
Me - How to ensure security on the Internet? And how much do you spend on it?
G - About $ 600 per month
Me - Did they try to deanonymize you? With a ransom demand?
G - I rent branded servers from trusted sellers, use several VPN networks with Tor.
No, I follow the rules of anonymity on the network and never break them. When I connect to the Internet, no one knows who I am or where I am, and I cannot be identified. That's what has kept me afloat for six years now
Me - How and who do you see yourself in a year?
G - I work in a team of 5 people, we withdraw through a POS terminal, on average, more than 4,500 cubic meters of personal traffic passes through us per month. Also works with banks, I think in the near future to open my own large call center.
Me - What was your biggest profit?
G - 217 thousand dollars
From one bank account
Me - How many dollars do you have in your crypto wallet?
G - I don't keep any money in crypto, maybe around $500.
Me - What would you like to say in the end? Any wishes for the readers? Hello, friends?
G - Hello, assassins, fortune and JuoTeam. Work harder and get more profit, guys.
Me - Thank you very much for your time and for the colorful interview - XIAO
