In this article, we will talk about the business of selling debit cards in Russia. And also we will take a short interview with one of the top sellers of "plastic".

Today we will look into the world of debit card sales and talk to one of the top sellers in this area.

So I got my hands on the creation of a series of articles on shadow professions, in which I will look into all sorts of areas of shadow services and talk with those who provide them.

And so, stock up on siskins and move away from psychotropics - because everything presented below requires more detailed thought than it seems at first glance.

Introduction.
I bet that you, my dear future criminal, at least once, but came across advertisements for the sale of bank cards.
It doesn't matter where - advertising for this service can be found in any social network and in any search engine. Every shadow forum or Telegram chat is full of this kind of advertising.

The abundance of offers can give the impression that everyone can handle this business.

"All you need to do is collect drunks in the area, force them to issue a card for a bottle, and then sell it in a cart."
- everyone who has thought about this profession at least once will think so.
And the price tags for cards start at 4000 and end at 18000.

Highly profitable, considering that you get this card for the price of a bottle of vodka.

Is it really that simple?
What are the risks of sitting on a bottle?
How does a business work from the inside and what are the pitfalls?
All these questions, and many others, we asked one of the top debit card merchants.
And now we are ready to share this valuable information with you ?

Interview with a top player in the Russian debit market. Start.
? I want to warn you right away that this article is for informational purposes only. All this is the delirium of an old paralytic, all the characters are invented, and your fucking guy is watching you.

Only two people are involved in the interview: Me and the Seller. For a clearer description of who is who, I mark us with the letters: "I" (here everything is clear) and "P" (seller).

Me: Hi, I'm sorry to distract you, but you agreed to be interviewed, so why waste your time - let's get started?

P: Hi, nothing, I have more than enough free time. You can also answer the questions ?I
just warn you right away - I won't tell you a lot of details.

I understand. If the question is inconvenient or it is better not to talk about it, tell it directly. We'll skip it. I, like many readers, are interested in your field of activity. But I understand that a lot should remain "behind the curtain."
How did you come to this?

P: Like many who start doing shadow business - everything was bad in life ?

Me: Why this particular sphere?

P: What else to choose without having a name on the forums and reputation?
Just this.
It always starts with something small.
Let's say that when I started, I sold 10-20 cards a week and was very happy. I had a couple of drop guides, proxies, and they made these cards. I took at one price and resold x2.
Received 50k a week.

Me: Not a bad start ?

P: For a start, maybe.
But sooner or later, appetites grow and you involuntarily begin to increase your turnover.
With an increase in turnover, a greater number of drops come, which cannot be physically tracked.
This is how the first card thefts began. Here I thought: "Something needs to be changed."
I packed up and went to another city. I rented an apartment for drops and began to carry them around the banks myself.

Me: Where did you get drops in another city?
Consider an unfamiliar place.

P: Drop conductors.
People were rushed to me, and I took all the expenses (tickets, food, accommodation) on myself.
Yes, because of this, I received less profit than if they sent me ready-made cards. But he received protection from theft of money from cards.
Here, as elsewhere, the law works: the miser pays twice
.

Me: Did you deliver them to banks yourself?

P: At some point, yes. You leave with them early in the morning, just before the banks open.
A drop sits in the car, you give him a SIM card - he flooded into the bank.
I left the bank, took everything from him at once and drove to the next one. And so in circles.
He worked from dawn to dusk, one might say.

Me: Ok, you made the cards. The question is: where and to whom to sell them?

P: On the forum, in its own thread. This is exactly what I did.

If you do not have a deposit and the service (topic) for the sale of plastic is not open, you should not poke around here at all.
At the very beginning of the journey, I did not have a service and a deposit. I was fortunate enough to find a good customer to work with. It was thanks to him that I was able to save up for a deposit and open a service.

Me: How much did you deposit and where did you deposit it?

P: Mandatory deposit for trading plastic 200-300k. Without this - nowhere.
Plus the opening of the service (also paid, but I don't know the current prices, and the old ones are no longer relevant anyway).
I made a deposit and created a service on DM *.
I still carry out my main activity there.

* DM - There is a Dark Money forum, created back in 2012 for cashiers, dumpers and cash out services.
Me: I see.
And how long have you worked yourself?
Until a certain turnover of cards / funds?

P: Yes.
In general, you should not take ready-made plastic from someone. It is better to do everything yourself and check everything yourself. Until there is a circulation of 150-200 cards per week.
Then you can take the driver and check.
Checked, by the way, part-time and the sender.

Me: Wow, 150-200 cards a week by yourself? Not so bad.

R: It's realistic to make 200, 300, and 500 cards a week. The main thing is to have someone to give them to ?

Me: Whoa, where can I find so many drops? These are not feeble crowds of people.

P: Well, how to say. I do not recommend looking for drops on the Internet.

Where to look for them and how to look for them already think for yourself. Students are the smartest - they are always trying to pull the dough off the cards.
The best solution is to work with drop lines.
There are a lot of reliable ones, the main thing is to look well.
Do not be greedy and pay from 5k per card to drop drivers. This will stimulate their efforts.

Me: Let's end this part of the interview with some beginner's advice and move on to the insides of this kitchen?
What advice would you give to beginners??

P: Do not give up if money is stolen from your card.
Give back and work on - these are working moments.
Work for the name, then the name will work for you.
If you have problems with nerves and you are soft-bodied, you should not get into this activity.
Only the best stay afloat here.

An interview with a top player in the debit market. Inside view.
Me: I thought for a long time where to start the "Inside Look" part and settled on what they usually end up with: Risks .
Many readers and I are interested in the issue of risk.
What articles of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation does your activity fall under?

P: You'll be surprised now, but not under what ?
Unless, of course, you can't talk to yourself.
There is no sale of bank cards in the UK. And it is unlikely that she will appear there in the near future.

Me: Ie. Does it not fall under any illegal banking fraud, etc.?)

P: Yes. Absolutely.
If they come to a drop, he simply says that he sold the card to someone on Telegram and that's it.
They say he did not receive money.

Me: Not bad enough ?
But you probably follow the rules of "network hygiene"?
What would you recommend for beginners to use?

P: Of course. Without it, it's completely nowhere ?
Proxy + VPN
Handset in flight mode
Wi-Fi router
And every 2 weeks or a month, change everything, including accounts.

Me: Great, very useful information ? Now you work in a team, right?
Tell me, what do you use to communicate within the team?

P: Trema * and Signal **

* Trema - Threema Secure and Private Massanger
** Signal - Signal Private Massanger

I'm fine. We learned about security and communication. It's time to move on to the most interesting:
What does the scheme for receiving cards look like from their creation to the receipt of the finished material by the customer and how many people are involved in this chain?

P: Are you definitely not a cop? ? You ask such dangerous questions.
I will say this: my people can be counted on the fingers of two hands.

And the diagram looks something like this:

  1. The drop receives the card from the bank and gives it to the driver.
  2. The driver collects the finished material from the drops and transfers it to the inspector / sender
  3. I receive addresses to send and pass them on to the verifier / sender
  4. Checked checks the material and sends it to the required addresses.
As you can see, there are not many people in the chain to create a good flow of cards. But even this amount is enough for large volumes.

Me: Indeed, a short cut. How many cards does one average drop make on average?

P: It is better to consider here not the number of drops, but the crews.
One crew - 4 drops.
Make 20 to 40 cards a day.
Here you will never guess how it will go.

Why me?
Is the banking system somehow opposing you?
Do they not give a card to a drop or what?

P: Of course.
There are many factors and pitfalls. Up to the point that the drop fucking did not come out. Among them there are still those missed managers ?
For example, St. Petersburg and Moscow are not at all suitable for our affairs. There, "banking supervision" is tougher. Face control will be worse than any club.
But, like Kazan or Novosibirsk - the very thing ?

Me: What about blocking?
Do such incidents often happen?

P: Yes, they block mainly due to a change of device or if the application has been deleted for a drop .
Well, or if the drop hid the money and did not replenish the card for 200r, this also happens.

I'm serious? ?
And what is the replenishment for? Proof to the bank that the account is being used as intended?

P: No, it's just that each bank has its own chips upon receipt : Somewhere 1500 is required, somewhere 200 rubles, somewhere 0.
In some branches, replenishment is required, in some not. Moreover, both of these branches are one bank
?

Me: Hmm. Well, you are in a position to issue such a large flow of cards. Who are your clients? Who in business needs so much material?

P: Well, basically, I shave off 1-2-5 card buyers. Already so insolent that too lazy to lift the ass off the couch.
Basically, work with wholesalers is built. Well, so that they take 50-100 cards a week.
These are mainly scammers and cash-out services.
And in general, clients do not say what they are taking, and I do not ask. What is it to me?

There are those who take overdraft and drown the drop in minus.

Me: Ugh, tough. Another minus in the piggy bank of work with a drop ?

Never, under any circumstances, work with drops. This is for reference.
Okay, how do you arrange delivery?

P: We work with courier services such as CDEK.

Me: For example, I ordered AK-47 seeds on one site, and I received a registered parcel with the return address of a lawyer's agency. Obviously, this was done for the laying and anonymity of the parcel. Do you use these "tricks"?

P: Yes, but we ship from the left docks, from the left address . CDEK don't give a fuck what to send - in our case there will be no return.

Me: Well, that's all clear.
Next, I would like to touch upon the stressfulness of this profession.
At the beginning of our conversation, you mentioned that you shouldn't appear in this case if your nerves are naughty. I suppose this is due to work with clients. does any sales imply communication with a wide variety of people?

P: You understand correctly.
Sometimes the head is fucked.
Sometimes they refuse to pay the mat.
And you need to have your own approach to everyone.
Especially there are a lot of demagogues, like those who all day try to ask about all sorts of petty fucks, and then merge.
But now I do not work with small buyers, and among wholesalers there are fewer brainworms ? but there are such people as well.

Me: So, buyers who refuse to pay the checkmate?

P: Yes, and there are such.
You send plastic, for example, 20 pcs.
He writes: "Marriage 10 cards, give a replacement"
You send a replacement and wait for payment - but he does not pay.
In the meantime, you check the cards on which he wrote about marriage - and they have already been worked out.
So it turns out minus 30 cards
?

Therefore, it is necessary to take an advance payment, at least 50%
So that, if he himself does not earn, then at least calculate the drops in order to work to zero, and not to a minus.
In general, there are many different cases, you can't even mention everything.

Me: Hmmm, but interesting.
How much do you spend on advertising your service and where do you buy it in general?

P: Nowhere.
Almost all cashiers communicate with each other. All their own and everyone knows everyone.
As I said before: First you work for a name, then it works for you.
And so, on DM (Dark Money), when the service is opened, it goes into the advertising budget.
And of course, "Midas" with "First Illegal" is nowhere else.

I'm not bad.
What about the competition in your niche?
Are there competitive wars or attacks against each other?

P: Without this, nowhere ?
I don't really want to talk - here everyone will be as clean as they can. But the multi-moves are different among themselves. Very interesting. Only hyenas survive, and Lions are bitten and with a bunch of arbitrations))
Don't poke your nose where you don't need to and rat clients.
He will read and understand ...

Me: Easter egg ?
And so, let's summarize:
What is required and what investments are required for a good start?

P: In general, the list of expenses is as follows:
  1. Your service + Deposit 200-300k
  2. Costs of drops for round-trip tickets if the drop is from a region or another city.
  3. Accommodation, but it is better to rent monthly.
  4. Food at least 500 rubles per person and ride 3-4 people by car.
  5. You need to work out the drop for 2-3 days. This is from 10 banks.
  6. Plus, pay for service in each bank.
  7. Plus, the driver has to pay according to the number of cards made.
  8. I checked the share, for the number of checked and sent ones.
Me: Well, we came to the sweetest. Grandma ?
How much do you cut, cowboy?)

P: Look, taking into account all the costs, from one card I have about 1-3k, it would seem a little, but with the volume this figure is quite good.
1kk per month can be earned.
But you need a lot of strength, a lot of drops (20-30 people per week) and a lot of nerves. For I am going to work with such a contingent stupid
?

Me: 1kk is possible, the perspective is clear.
But how much do you earn on average per month?

R: From 200k to 1kk. You can never guess here.

Me: Worthy, even very much ?
This is where my questions end, in general I understood what's what.
Thank you very much for your time and help in obtaining material for the article. We will not advertise you, but you do not need advertising ✌️

P: Yes, not at all ? but if you are a journalist and I see a video of correspondence on YT or on TV, I will deanon you ?

Me: Uh, don't worry. I am making reviews ?

Conclusion.
And so, my dear future criminal, it's time to take stock.
  1. If you want to go into this business - get ready for the costs. You can't do without them.
  2. Miser pays twice. Do not be greedy and generously pay for the work of your employees (including drops).
  3. Although the business does not violate the laws of the Russian Federation - observe the rules of "network hygiene" otherwise the bottle will come close to your "golden ring ".
  4. As with any scalable business, there are many pitfalls that are easy to cut your belly into.
  5. In addition to money, you need brains, ingenuity, straight hands, leadership qualities, the ability to communicate with the most diverse contingent.
  6. Work for the name, then the name will work for you

Shadow professions from within

Sale of weapons.
Good day, my dear future criminal✌️
Today I want to tell you about the business, frankly, built on blood - the sale of weapons. Although it is not sold on every corner (unlike drugs, documents, and punching services) - every year, the bar for the shadow market for weapons does not fall below $ 120 billion.
And no matter how many arrests of arms dealers are made, authoritative sites with this profile have not yet been transferred to the open spaces of the darknet. Why?
Because the arms market, like the drug market, is exclusively beneficial to everyone - warriors, politicians, your fucking district policeman ... At the moment, the export of the shadow arms market brings billions not only to the treasury, but also to state managers-traders.
Let's try to figure out where the "legs" still grow from.

How are shadow weapons distributed?

Let me explain right away - there will be no links in this article. Where and how to find the seller of this "forbidden" everyone learns for himself (by trial and error). Are there any marketplaces like Hydra, but with a bias towards the weapons side?
Undoubtedly there is, but access to such sites is not given to everyone. When working in this area, each seller tries to hide as much as possible from external threats and once again does not stick his nose out of his swamp, trying not to attract too much attention and working with his long-established customer base.

But this is only in our country, what is there in the west?

For example, in the United States, weapons can be easily purchased legally. It is thanks to this that the United States is the very first arms exporting state, both in white and in the shadow space. Thus, more than half of the illegal weapons that were seized in Canada and about 90% of the barrels in Mexico came from the United States.
Also, US residents who have no criminal record can buy weapons for Mexican drug cartels and any other third-party customer. Needless to say, how easy it is to find a drop for this area while in another state?

Now you can clearly see why I used the USA in the example. But what is surprising is that Russia is in second place. At least somewhere we are on top - each of you will probably think. And yes, the arms trade makes a huge contribution to our vast treasury. Do we see the consequences of this huge contribution? Except in Donbass ?
However, it is not only in the USA that barrels can be easily purchased (due to the legality). In Russia, in spite of the bans, everything is not as difficult as we would like - thanks to the rampant corruption and poverty / venality of the military sector - the country's shadow arms market is growing every day.

Where do illegal weapons come from?

538ae8f94666555f5a083.jpg

All shadow traders in the Russian Federation have their own channels for the supply of weapons to disclose which are not too much and are in a hurry (you understand why). But there are several ways that are so common that we can learn about them:
  1. Alteration of antique weapons.
In this case, traders receive antique trunks from black diggers. Thanks to the Second World War (if you don't know what the Second World War is - the Great Patriotic War), you can still dig up a whole arsenal of such junk underground in the forests of Russia. But for example, in clay or in swamps, the trunks are preserved very well and, having found a more or less good trunk, they carry it to the master who repairs it (as a rule, the digging gang has its own people for this task), and after repair / restoration, the trunk is successfully handed over to the seller for implementation. These barrels are often bought by collectors around the world.
  2. A decommissioned weapon that is reanimated in an artisanal way.
Thanks to corruption, widespread poverty and human greed, there are frequent cases of arms sales "to the left" and in the military sector. This is what any arms dealers are unspeakably happy about. And if you, being a merchant, found a way out for decommissioned military guns - get ready to buy a Maseratti ?
  3. Theft of weapons from their rightful owners.
And this happens, but more rarely. I will not give examples, but the phenomenon exists in one way or another.
  4. Small production of weapons
In a large industrial zone, not only salt is cooked ? Well, turners also need to earn money. Therefore, somewhere in the outback, in the basement of the farthest hangar in a large industrial zone, several machines are installed and several people are planted there for the subsequent creation / repair of weapons. The services of such "workers" are often used by black diggers, because after finding a rotten trunk, you can often take some part from it. And having collected a sufficient bunch of various parts, you can try and assemble the barrel as a Lego constructor.
  5. Selling weapons to illegal buyers by legitimate arms dealers.
Well, this is quite a classic. And although the law tries to suppress this kind of activity, the human factor and corruption are doing their part. Are you used to thinking that corruption is only Pyni's dacha in Gellendzhik? ? You were made to think so, friend.
If the trader is not a small fry, he tries to sit on all the chairs in this area and has several outlets on the stream at once, which allows tens or even hundreds of trunks to pass through him. And with them tens of thousands of dollars.

Profitability. How much does an arms dealer earn?

Since we are now talking about the most secretive people in the shadow business, there is no need to talk about the exact income, but we can say with confidence that such people have more than enough money.
For example, Artur Borisovich Dudarev, a man who sold barrels to Jordan for millions of dollars, and in court explained his behavior by the fact that he did not know that the sale of weapons was prohibited.
In the garage of this storyteller, they found several Mercedes, Ferrari and Maseratti. The peasant also has a huge number of houses around the world, but the special services closed him on time, because he was on the verge of a deal with terrorists who wanted to buy 40 fighters from him and it is not clear how this would affect the current situation.
Well, my dear future criminal, we come to the most important thing - an interview with a weapon seller.

Shadow professions from within. Arms trade. An interview with one of the top sellers in the Russian segment.

853762e7ea11a513e072c.jpg

As always, 2 people are involved in the interview. I (denoted "I") and Merchant (denoted "T"). Before we start, I would like to say that the article is for informational purposes only. I cut out all the points regarding the instructions for the manufacture / repair of weapons. I do not urge anyone to engage in this activity and I am not responsible for the fact that after reading your son, he went to sell pistols near the sandbox.
All these are decisions, all the heroes are fictional, and I do not exist at all.

Start.

Me: Good afternoon, thank you for agreeing to be interviewed. I know that your profession is extremely dangerous, so many thanks to you for agreeing to participate in this :)
T: Please, son. Let's get started, time is money.
Me: Okay, come on. How long have you been in the arms business?
T: A very long time ago, I started in the 2000s, it was a good time. But dangerous. Then the screws were just beginning to tighten, and the "lads" got hold of the authorities. Therefore, I managed to jump on the already leaving train of opportunities.
Me: Ie. is it harder to become a trader now?
T: Undoubtedly. When I started, the Chechen conflict ended. Well, I am a person far from "pure" social circles. In the 90s, he took a bite of his share of the pie. Accordingly, through old acquaintances and channels, he began to dig up material directly from Chechnya. It was a golden time.
Me: How different is the current market from the market of that time?
T: Different for everyone. Right at the root, as they say. At least even by the delivery methods to the buyer. Previously, the guns were handed over in person, at meetings, as in the most typical spy films (vacant lots, 2 cars, a bunch of bandits). Now we transfer to retail clients either with bookmarks, or send in parts by mail (disassembled-assembled).
Me: I wonder if there was any fawn in the post offices?
T: As far as I know, in our country, mail is rarely hounded. An exception would be if you are already in the development of services. Then they will shake all your items and sit on the tail of the recipient. But this rarely happens when you work only with your own. And that's exactly what I do - while God has saved me from this. And thanks for that.
Me: You said that in the beginning you received weapons from Chechnya, where do you get weapons now?
T: It's not that hard to get it now. The authorities have worked hard for this. Donetsk is my main supplier. We pull the delivery through Rostov, and there, by the methods of logisticians and carriers, we transport it to the required points. Another channel is a few military units, which are good at supplying discarded barrels and a lot of spare parts for repairs.
Me: Well, if everything is clear with Donetsk - how do military units write off weapons? Is this not being followed?
T: Write off due to breakage, impossibility of repair, lack of parts, etc. There are many reasons for writing off - the result is one: The barrel gets to my showcase in full working order. In fact, you must follow. And there are a number of laws and even separately created special services that should regulate all this. But as you know, Russia has its own way, and the shadows have their own people in all sectors.
Me: Do you think it is now easy to open your own business in your area?
T: It's not so easy anymore, but if you have a sufficient number of your people in different places, you can dazzle something. Here, connections make the most important contribution. well, of course money.
Me: Okay, where do you find buyers? Are there many now willing to acquire illegal weapons?
T: Several branches have been opened on various forums in the Darknet, plus we have recently made our own bot in Telegram, but here, by and large, there are not enough clients for this type of activity. Many interested people - 0 purchases. A much larger flow of paying customers comes from the forums.
Me: Isn't it scary to enter the Telegram market? It's not just that he became "legal" again.
T: We have thoroughly prepared for this case. I will not tell you everything in detail, but I will say this - it is simply impossible to connect this showcase with me. Because she refers to me only indirectly.
Me: Got it, and as for making money in this business: how much do you earn on this?
T: Nobody will ever give you an answer to this question, guy. Life is arranged in such a way that even a worker in a white sphere ask about his salary - he will hesitate like a first grader who sees a member of hahaha. I will say this: AKS-74U costs about 90k. I sell at least 6 of them in a month, not to mention pistols and a cold one. So I have enough for caviar and expensive cars.
Me: Ahaha, interesting comparison with a schoolgirl. Have you had any problems with the special services?
T: For more than 20 years, it has never happened. Either I'm lucky, or everything is set up well. But I feel that I will soon lay down my duties in a suitcase and dump them out of this sphere, since I have already had a business in the white sector for a long time.
Me: What is it? The earnings are very good.
T: Son, money is not the main thing in life. Health and tranquility are more expensive. Any illegal activity in the totalitarian regime of the state is an extra headache that sooner or later gets boring. Moreover, I have an excellent receiver for my micro-empire, to which I will very soon transfer all responsibilities. The only question is time.
Me: What are you going to do next? What kind of white business do you have, if not a secret?
T: I am engaged in jewelry. Own chain of jewelry stores. Also not frail grandmothers, I'll tell you. But the smut in times less than in the black trade.
Me: Wow, did you earn money for the business with weapons?
T: Of course. After all, it's not enough money to earn, it still needs to be spent wisely. And I think I spent more than competently. Although you can de-anonymize me a little thanks to what I will say now, but when the conflict on the Criminal Code just began, I did not even raise it badly. And thanks to the subsequent development of events and stabilization of income, it was decided to invest in Jewelry.
Me: Powerful, congratulations on your success :) The next question is: how does your activity affect your family? Does your family know about your "dark present" or is everything hidden from your relatives?
T: Reflects strongly. And I will say that it is not in a very good way. Constant traveling, nerves, night trips to the workshop, meetings with not the most good people - all this is somehow reflected in the family. No matter how hard you try, everything will only get worse. And in fact, the family is a big hindrance to business. Well, I want to say that it is the family that is the main reason for my imminent departure from the business. The daughter is already carrying her granddaughter in the womb - this was the decisive call. And if my daughter was constantly growing up with the thought that her father could be shut down at any moment or, God forbid, be killed, I don’t want my grandson to live the same way.
Me: I see. Successful transition and change of activity. I believe that you will succeed :) Tell me, what do you use for communication within the team and how many people are involved in your particular chain?
T: Forbidden question, son, I can't answer it. As well as no one from our system will answer. Alas.
Me: It's okay, okay, but have you ever killed? Have you used your product for its intended purpose?
T: Killed, but before the start of all activities. The 90s were a terrible time. Either you or you. And he did not use his weapon, except that he took it on the hunt.
Me: Oh, are you also a hunter? Marvelous. How do you manage everything?
T: Oh, what are you .. Not a hunter. It's just that sometimes influential clients call for fun. And such people cannot be refused not only because they will stop buying. Here the dog is buried much deeper than it seems. For example, in order to negotiate a wholesale supply, one client often calls for a hunt in Taiga. If you want, you don't want to, but you go. Well, a person does not trust meetings in restaurants, or any other connection. We fly by helicopter deep into Taiga, and there we begin a conversation, on the way trying to shoot what we flew there for.
Me: Do you know why this or that client buys a weapon? Were you interested in the further fate of the trunk?
T: No, I'm not interested. I personally communicate with a small number of clients, and their circle is very close. Well, sales on the forums are conducted in such a way that we do not know anything about the buyer.
Me: Do you have a conscience that people are dying because of your weapons?
T: They've been dying from time immemorial. Well now, should I die without money? Ahaha, what do you think, what gnaws at the presidents of Ukraine and Russia is that hundreds of thousands of people have already died because of the political conflict and the stupidity of both sides?
Me: Stop, according to official figures, less than 20 thousand died
T: Official data is one thing, reality is another. Any official sources will tell you what is profitable to say. Think about it, the war has been going on for 7 years. This is longer than the Second World War lasted. Yes, the collisions are much less, but in 7 years 20k of the dead is complete nonsense.
Me: Okay, let's get back to business, but let's not stray too far from politics (after all, your activities are in many ways related), I have several questions concerning both areas. And the first one that worries me the most - do you have a "roof"?
T: Everyone has a roof in our business. The political system built in Russia has already been sharpened in such a way as to keep all spheres of influence under a hood. Drugs, weapons, smuggling, prostitution, organ trafficking, trafficking in children, delivery of illegal immigrants - everything is protected by uncles from the government or certain positions in the competent authorities. Who is protecting me - I will not say. But I will say this - not so long ago I had the honor to talk to Kolokol ****.
Me: Wow, does it hurt you to use surnames in a story?
T: Will someone believe you? Do not flatter yourself, all this is an invention and a figment of the author's imagination.
Me: But nevertheless I will erase the exact surname, ahahaha, whoever needs it - they will understand.
Okay, let's move on to the next question: Any adult can legally acquire weapons in the United States. In our country, this is more difficult. Would you like us to have weapons like in the USA?
T: No, I would not. Our people are different. The cult of personality and personal property is highly developed in the USA. And in fact, the ease of obtaining weapons there is due to the protection of yourself and your property. Our situation in the country is different. There is a huge stratification between people, a lot of envy and hatred. It is even difficult to imagine what will be if we somehow bring our legislation in the field of arms trade to the legislation of the United States. This cannot be allowed here. And from the side of the merchant - it is not profitable. Now, due to prohibitions and their tightening, prices are sweet. With permission and legalization, prices will fall several times, which will not hurt your income. And although I am sure that the demand will cover the fall in prices, I am still against it.
Me: Long answer, thank you. What advice would you give to someone who is just starting a business in this area?
T: Finish your business in this area. It's a lousy choice.
Me: Definitely :) Ok, how many competitors do you have? How huge is the shadow arms trade market?
T: It is enough for the sphere to cover every area in the dark. Each shadow forum has a vendor thread. And if these branches are not outside - they are in hidden sections one way or another. Personally, I have a branch where it is announced that they do not sell weapons at all. It's just that the section is hidden from prying eyes and works only for the "base" of the site.
Me: Aren't you talking about Hydra right now? ?
T: No, we don't have a store on Hydra. But I ship weapons to a few large stores from the front pages of the marketplace. For what - I do not ask. But I know exactly what is not for resale. The drug industry needs weapons anyway. And although their trade has completely gone into the network, sales for them have not diminished.
Me: Is there any competition or competitive wars among the arms dealers? Have you had similar cases?
T: There is competition, but mostly it does not reach wars or subversives. The demand is good, so that everyone gets it equally - there is no need to fight. And any war between people who own an arsenal will attract attention from the outside. And no one needs it. Therefore, everyone is quiet, and all problems are solved by arbitration.
Me: Wow, thank you very much for the interview, you shared very valuable information, I think all this will already be enough to build an opinion from the inside.
T: Not at all, apply. I subscribed to your channel, I will wait for the article to be released. You are doing an interesting thing. Well done.
Me: We are trying.

End of interview.

Let's sum up

Well, despite the prohibitions of legislation and the difficulties of starting this business, the arms market in Russia not only does not dry up, but is also growing at a steady pace. Can you become an arms dealer?
It is possible, but this profession will not tolerate little-educated or soft-bodied people from the street.
Opening this business requires connections at the highest positions, a lot of effort and a huge supply of nerves.
Should you start selling weapons? Merchant Advice - Definitely not.
But as always, the choice is only yours , my dear future criminal ?
Here we come to the end of this article, I hope you enjoyed it.
