I finally found my EMV software,

but in the screen where EMV is written it is simple to understand, but I don't understand how IST generate works, it reads the card but when I save it in file.ist,

I go to IST load , I try to load it, nothing happens, I have searched the resources but I have not found anything,

does anyone have to share a tutorial please?
