Employees of the Criminal Investigation Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in the city of Voronezh, as a result of operational search measures, stopped the activities of a group whose members were engaged in the production and distribution of pornographic materials. With the strong support of Rosgvardiya fighters, the police detained the alleged organizer of an illegal sex business and three of his accomplices – a man and two girls.
It was previously established that a 36-year-old resident of the regional center, previously convicted of crimes against sexual integrity and sexual freedom of the individual, decided to engage in online broadcasts of pornographic content and involved in criminal activities as a system administrator a 20-year-old countryman, as well as two 20-year-old models.
Having rented several apartments, the accomplices equipped them with the equipment necessary for carrying out piquant live broadcasts. The group leader was responsible for the technical support of filming and the distribution of income received from the audience. In specially created channels in one of the messengers, users got the opportunity to chat with girls in a video chat after payment.
As a result of the searches, the police seized computer equipment, telephones, electronic data carriers and other items from the suspects.
A criminal case has been opened on the grounds of a crime under Part 3 of Article 242 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation. Until the election of a preventive measure, all the defendants were detained in accordance with Article 91 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Russian Federation. The investigation continues.
