about Zipcode etc ... i cant help too much but i have already seen there some article about store who ask it or no ( try search option forum to find it )

Remember that some store chains in the US might ask for matching last 4... I heard that and maybe this tip will be useful to you.

Best bet is Mix Pack. As Varanu Said most stores now do require last 4 digits on plastic to match track2. A lot of larger stores have alot of bins blocked, so best bet is local bins. Local Credit Unions/Banks is a great place to start.
