The following changes have been made for the new design of VISA Electron cards.

The stripe contains parallel vertical and horizontal lines, an image of a flying pigeon in three phases of flight, a holographic image of the word VISA inside a circle, and a micro font in the form of a repeating word VISA.
- The magnetic stripe can be located at the top or bottom of the card (on chip cards - only in the upper part).
- the signature strip of the Holder can be standard, or developed by the issuer has a complex pattern in the form of longitudinal stripes of blue, yellow, or white. The standard bar contains text consisting of repeated words that can be seen in ultraviolet light.
- The three-digit CVV2 code can be moved from the field of the signature bar to a specially designated place (next to the signature panel).
