Surely many are wondering: why do we sell regular white chip cards? But they don’t have any design or drawing. The answer is that some companies independently print on plastic cards. They have special printers for printing images. But they don’t have their own production, so they can’t cut cards out of a sheet of plastic and bake them. That is why we always have ready-made RFID cards in stock for printing.

What is their difference? Only in appearance.

Inside each blank card for printing from RPC "Country of Cards" there is a chip. There are cards with high-frequency and low-frequency tags from well-known manufacturers: Mifare, ICODE, EM-Marine, Temic, HID. But there are also dual cards with two chips - Mifare + EM-Marine. That is why such templates are suitable for any purpose.

There are several types of blank plastic proximity cards for printing:
  • perfectly white,
  • with printed number,
  • with a hole for fastening.
But they all have to be perfectly flat and smooth. There should be no scratches, dents or other damage on the surface of the cards, as well as no debris or dust. That is why they are all packed in individual bags that protect them. If the cards are so clean, the paint will lay on them in a thin, even layer. The print quality will improve significantly, so that RFID cards will look almost as bright and beautiful as those printed on offset.

Because these cards are printed on, they do not have a protective laminate . To ensure that the design stays on them for as long as possible, such cards can be laminated after printing. Thanks to this layer, they will last much longer - the image will not be erased or faded, and customers will be satisfied with their durability.

Why are such cards needed?

Most often, plastic cards with printed chips are chosen when there is an urgent need to make an additional circulation and issue it to customers. Despite the fact that we carry out all stages of RFID card production ourselves, their production takes time:
  • you need to create a layout or adjust the existing one to the required format,
  • agree it with the customer,
  • put cards in the print queue,
  • make them
  • encode,
  • check for printing defects and errors in operation,
  • send to the customer.
Each stage takes time. But white cards blanks for printing are already completely ready for sending. They only need to be checked for correct operation and absence of damage, and can be sent immediately. Customers receive cards in the shortest possible time, and can independently prepare a layout and promptly print it, without approval and format changes. And immediately issue cards to their clients.

You can order blanks from white PVC plastic for inkjet printing, as well as order the application of a design on them. We can also print layouts on white RFID card templates and promptly send them to the customer, so that he will receive ready cards in the shortest possible time and will be able to issue them to clients on time.

If you need perfectly white plastic cards, you've found them.
