I"m used to using tor, torbutton, privaproxy, gpg via email and pidgin/otr for live chat encripted. I have never heard of this icq thing since coming to carder sites a short while ago and I have been on other 'underground' sites for years.
Where do I go to learn about this icq thing, what it is, what it does, why eveyone uses it, how to use it, etc? I am willing to put in the leg work, I"m not looking to be spoon fed, but I might have a question here and there if I get stuck.
Can someone point me in the right direction as to sites I should be visiting to learn about icq, to download it, etc. I realize there is google but want to know from the experienced pro's where the best info is, what is important, what can be ignored (if anyhing) etc.
Much appreciated any help for this newbie. I'm a newbie in carding but not in everything. And I'm not a slacker and certainly not a mooch or conman, etc. I just need some guidance to get started as it seems everyone requires this icq and I have no clue what it is.
