I am writing this post in search of some advice if i get accs like pp , walmart and others incase it has cc's on them can i also use it to buy some items and do i need to change the pass or not

you need to leave the user's passwords intact, changing passwords of accounts like paypal and other major systems could trigger already implanted techniques of verifying the owner's identity plus the owner himself might want to login and when he sees the password is changed he'll cancel the account and you will fail. Leave passwords as they are, if they have cards attached use them after you have used the pp or walmart accounts that are attached to them.
