I need a c99 shell supplier . more details inside thread. no rookies or begginers

I need someone that can provide me 300 to 1000 working c99/php shells / per week , payment LR , i can pay 1$ each , i can go for 300 shells escrow first time or i buy 30 by 30 first deal, whatever. pm me ur icq , I'm here to do my job not to ripp anyone.

i know him since many years , i dont wanna tell how I got to know him bcoz it will hurt for his reputation , but still I have sent him $300 , he gave me 300 hosts everything was ok , some were down but we agreed on that np.

I asked him 3 days ago if he can give me 700 shells for $500 so it can compensate some down or some on which i cant upload or reported, he said ok np.
I have told him to msg me when he has them ready so i can pay and buy , after a few hrs he said they are ready , i sent the $500 and i got no reply since then ( 3 days ago ) .

I m gonna wait another 24 hrs , i will assume he is busy or something like that but he said he already had them on time when I should have paid , delivery on payment.

The conversation logs are not in english so i dont wanna put them anywhere , im not reporting him of anything yet, it has no point , I am gonna wait 24 hrs more, if i dont get any reply , i will just post my pm and tell everyone that i got nothing and i lost my $500 and block him.

So I'm still waiting.

So Paco ripped me $500 after all , as i said i paid him $300 first deal he supply me the c99 , second deal after a few days i gave him $500 and no answer on his xmpp since then. all can i say is that PACO is a ripper , a big one. i would have no reason to come and tell this on this forum unless i had lost money!
I will edit on further notice , if anything has changed or if he will give me what he should have gave ( the 500 c99 ) or refund me, but I do not think that's possible because i'm seeing him online daily and no reply since 6 days.
My post is still up , need a good supplier for c99 ,either i verify first, either we do escrow. Thanks
