In this short tutorial i show you how to use Exdous wallets from a stealer log.
I don't have a good log but it has Exodus with 0,00 balance. It's perfect to show you how to use it.
For this operation you need Linux because i did not tested this on Windows yet.
Download Exodus For Linux:
Finally start exodus the first time and get your log ready...
A common stealer have these files:
- Passphrase
- Info
- Seed
- Twofactor
- Secret
This is a log from DarkCrystal RAT
Open another folder on this location:
~/.config/Exodus, here does Exodus stores your configuration files after you have started Exodus the first time.
Navigate to your wallet exodus.wallet
As you can see, no passphrase file. Would be suspicious if you see a passphrase file.
However, hold CTRL+A and create a backup
Drag the Log files except the JSON to your folder and replace all (you have backuped your wallet in the ZIP folder)
Type here the password from the passphrases.json and you're in
Finally we are in. If you have luck your victim has money on his crypto wallet.
