How to SIM swap, need explaination and details

I don't know too much about sim swap, here is what I know and need guide
1. Buy a sim card cheap one (10$) from the same company that the card holder has.
2. Call the company with account holder's Fullz and say "I lost my phone" to transfer the number to your purchased 10$ sim card. There fore to have the access to the number

Questions regarding to this method is I don't know what is the possibility of success and does this method still work in 2024?
Is there any other or better way to gain access to account holder's phone number?
Is there any suggestions for Bank Logs cashout, my main goal is to cash out through transfer or wire

i don’t want to put to much bs, i will keep it simple.

you need his fullz ssn dob his phone number company and some sort of legend. (try stalking the victim) you call the company saying that you lost your phone, they will ask for some personal info like the one i mentioned.
For this you need to speak english like your own first language.
