1. Download the BitCoin Electrum wallet (look for link on official website bitcoin.org).
2. This wallet does not require downloading the entire BitCoin transaction database, so you can start working with wallet almost immediately.
3. As soon as wallet is launched, select the "Tools" -> "Settings" item, the "Commissions" tab in the upper menu of program, there we tick the "Specify commission manually".
4. Now, when you send BitCoins to any wallet, you will see amount of the commission and you can change it manually. The principle of calculating the commission is a rather complicated process, I would recommend setting somewhere 10-15% commission less than the minimum recommended commission of Electrum wallet (for this you need to set slider with the commission to minimum value).
And there is another little LifeHack, which is sending several payments in one transaction at once. I collect several transfers during day and send everything in bulk. The savings are decent.
For this we need:
1. Start Electrum.
2. Select "Tools" item in the upper menu of the program, then "Pay several" menu item.
3. A window opens where in "Recipient" field you can enter several wallets and number of BitCoins that will be sent to each of wallets. Format <wallet>, <SUMM_V_BTC>.
