Carders, drop service is not an easy business. People think that running such a service is as easy as pie. Today I will tell you about what it is like to be the "master" of all drops, I will share the tricks, secrets, and all the other nuances of this business!
To work with drops you need:
For those who don't know, pickup is used in cases where the goods were sent to the cardholder's address using his card/authorized account in an online store/auction, etc. In such a situation, the drop, who already has a pre-prepared fake ID/power of attorney, arrives at the address indicated as the "delivery address" and picks up the parcel right outside the house under the guise of the CardHolder himself.
As for the difficulties of the work: the Germans are the strictest in this matter. If you make parcels with the material of the country, the drop is accepted even before the parcel arrives. As for other countries, we work well on the road, no one has yet "gotten into trouble" in 2.5 months of work.
With the second one, there are a huge number of subtleties and nuances that would require another lecture. If you want to work only on this topic, look for thematic forums, try small things, try to upload them yourself (at least to understand what happens during this process).
As for verification, everything is much more interesting here. You need to verify services where this process looks like this: a verification service employee contacts the drop and asks several basic questions in English (random) in online broadcast mode, then asks to show the document to the camera from both sides, and as you may have guessed, the face too. They did not offer less than 100 euros for successful verification.
My girlfriend works as a logistics center: pick up all the packs, bring them and drop them off at the warehouse. She controls all the drops in real life. And I don't show myself to the drops.
As for physical safety: I never use a phone. I schedule meetings for specific times in specific places where there are no cameras. No "I'll be in red sneakers", "with a blue backpack", etc. You always need to walk with the drop, talk to him for 5-10 minutes, understand what kind of person he is and whether there will be problems with him. When necessary, you need to intimidate.
At first I kept the stuff in the apartment where I lived. Today I rented a house, converted the basement into a warehouse, it suits me more than well.
To receive parcels from Amazon you will need a lot of addresses. Since you can't send more than 1 parcel to 1 address, and I don't recommend sending more than 10 parcels to 1 house (the house beyond that falls into the "risky" zone).
Cheapest shipping method:
If you plan to engage in drop farming in the future, I advise you to build a structure: the drop is taken to the warehouse, from the warehouse the white drop is engaged in distribution.
To work with drops you need:
- be good at lying
- understand when to lie and when to tell the truth
Drop service in the USA
If we take the USA - the biggest risk here is working in the country where the drop is located, and even with the material of this country. In any case, working with drops in the USA is much more dangerous than in the EU. According to the intricacies of the work, the most common way to "pull" a parcel is pickup.
Work in the EU (DE/CZ/PL)
This is where all my activities take place. I work in Poland, sometimes sending drops to neighboring countries. Most of the trips are for picking up packages from Amazon/Ebay, sometimes we pick up especially expensive things. As for the difficulties of the work: the Germans are the strictest in this matter. If you make parcels with the material of the country, the drop is accepted even before the parcel arrives. As for other countries, we work well on the road, no one has yet "gotten into trouble" in 2.5 months of work.
Directions of activity of drops
According to my observations, the most popular ones are:- Drops for clothing carding
- Drops under the bays
- Drops for verification of something
With the second one, there are a huge number of subtleties and nuances that would require another lecture. If you want to work only on this topic, look for thematic forums, try small things, try to upload them yourself (at least to understand what happens during this process).

Selection of drops for all occasions
- Where to look? Personally, I looked for my first drops through social networks VK and Facebook. I collected them using the method "work in a developing transport company". A short story about needing warehouses in Europe, and we only visit here in transit. Like, accept parcels, and our person will come on Monday and Friday, for example, and pick up all this stuff.
- Types of drops: Divorced (doesn't understand what's going on at all), semi-divorced (understands his actions only partially), non-divorced (understands what he's doing). In 6 months of work, I haven't used a single non-divorced drop. They're expensive. For clothing, I have divorced + semi-divorced. Such drops want 2-4 times less for accepting a parcel than non-divorced ones.
Safety regulations
As funny and strange as it may sound, hierarchy provides many conveniences. I found a woman who wanted to work and earn money, and didn't ask many questions. I made her the centerpiece of working with drops. I taught her a little about the intricacies of the work: she sits and recruits new people. My girlfriend works as a logistics center: pick up all the packs, bring them and drop them off at the warehouse. She controls all the drops in real life. And I don't show myself to the drops.

When the police came to the drop
We use contracts with dropshippers for employer companies. That is, we open a company, sign contracts on its behalf for work on receiving parcels with dropshippers. We gather 5-10 people for the company, and close it. When the police come with questions, the dropshipper shows the contract in bewilderment. Was the company like that? Yes. Is the dropshipper a victim of fraudsters? Yes. Not a single dropshipper has suffered in six months.Get the parcel at any cost
During my entire time working there have been various situations when I had to pull a parcel from a drop who was taken, for example, to a pretrial detention center. A pack with 2 MacBooks was traveling, it would be stupid to lose such a parcel. We have developed two methods of receiving parcels:- Fake id. We make/buy an internal biometric card-passport of any country (preferably the Baltics, where part of the population speaks Russian), so as not to simply “screw up” in a critical situation. And we order stuff for it.
- Powers of attorney for drops. Random names, we issue regular powers of attorney, and accept them. This is about "accept in any name": most delivery people don't even look to whom they are giving it. But it doesn't hurt to have. You can also get the parcel by calling the delivery company. We use this method very often. The most varied stories from "moved to another address" to "my mother/grandfather went on vacation, and asked me to accept the parcel." Sometimes they don't want to change their name, but agree to change the address. In this case, you can use powers of attorney.
We accept parcels from Amazon
Amazon is such a specific platform that it needs a separate topic. As for Amazon Europe, everything is simple: they make you orders, you accept them. You do not pay any taxes, which cannot be said about Amazon World (USA, JAPAN, CANADA and others). When sending goods from these countries to the EU, each product is subject to a tax of about 20%. This should be taken into account for Refund lovers. Amazon automatically charges tax (adds it to the order amount), and writes off this amount from your card, automatically paying the customs duty in advance. To receive parcels from Amazon you will need a lot of addresses. Since you can't send more than 1 parcel to 1 address, and I don't recommend sending more than 10 parcels to 1 house (the house beyond that falls into the "risky" zone).
We accept parcels from USA/Canada/Asia
Many people ask whether it is possible to send parcels from the United States, Canada, Asia to Europe, where the customs limit in most countries is 22 euros. It is possible to send such packages, but you need to find stores that allow you to pay the tax with a cardholder card (Amazon is a living example of this), or stores that have warehouses in Europe.- Always look for the tax payment option in US (for example) shops.
- If not, shake the support, decide with him. Because you will have to pay and not a little.
- Work in the Eurozone. Goods coming from EU countries are not subject to tax.
- If there is no other option, then do not pay TAX by cart under any circumstances. 50/50 will work and your small pack will arrive or substitute a drop/pack will be suppressed by customs. When all that is left is to receive the long-awaited goods - just make sure that you receive exactly it, and not a headache.
Sending a pack from a drop to a client
The fastest and most expensive way to ship:- DHL (100-200$, air 1-3 days)
- UPS ($100-200, air 1-3 days)
Cheapest shipping method:
- Post of the sender's country (state post, which is not subject to tax) ($25-45, 5-9 days).
- EMS ($25-45, 3-7 days).
If you plan to engage in drop farming in the future, I advise you to build a structure: the drop is taken to the warehouse, from the warehouse the white drop is engaged in distribution.
