How to generate track 1 from track 2

Can someone point me to a safe way to generate track 1 from track 2 for a dump, there are some services that do this but i heard some steal your dump. Does anyone have a tutorial or service that does this safely and correctly?

just copy the track 2 to track 1 atm don’t check track 1
