This is a short tutorial about exporting cookies in chrome browser.
Linux, Windows it doesn't matter but use Chrome, not chromium.
First of all install this extension:
Visit your site where you want to export cookies, i for example have currently cox.com (see screens above).
Click on the extension.
Click on "Export" and a text file is downloading. This textfile contains your cookies from the website you are currently visiting.
Your file looks like this. It is the netscape format.

Copy your JSON cookies into a file and call it with the extension .json, for example: cookies.json

Exports your cookies to the Netscape cookie file format a.k.a. cookies.txt which is compatible with wget, curl, youtube-dl and more.
