I think its a topic that is talked about much but needs some clarity.
This is really for everyone but especially those who are based in the America and are targeted by either all of the Feds...FBI SS and off couse local Law Enforcement.
The best advice i can give all off you is this.DO not get caught!!

I am going to presume that some of you know how to protect youself?Some do not,though those that use proxys and change laptops and use encryption all have a better chance of staying a head of the game.
Lets start with this.If you Think there is some thing wrong that there usually is.If your gut tells you that,the guy at the store is in fact watching you when you walked out of the store and the atm you just hit, has some guy in a Van taking your Photo than the chances are some one is now on to you and is investigating you.
What do you do?This is for everyone.Find a good criminal laywer before you are arrested and if you do get popped,call them asap.
If you do not and are arrested LE will fuck with you and you end up in court and no bail,were as if you had the lawyer you could now be out.
DO research and find a criminal lawyer that only deals with Crime.Not some guy in the yelllow pages that your Woman calls after you are popped.That guy in the yellow pages is expensive and will fuck you.Why? Cause he knows you are in a spot and he will make out shit is worse than it is and you will pay in every sense of the word.So you do the research.You have a criminal lawyer,the minute the door is kicked in you call them and have them come down asap.The retainer of say 1k is enough to have him know you are serious and enough to get him to come to you at any time you need.Make sure you negoiate terms up front as these guys can rape you far worse than any body on this planet.IF your lawyer knows you have money and are serious he will take you serious.Also Cell phone of your lawyer on speed dial is a must.You need that guy who works 24/7 and good criminal lawyers do just that work all hours.
Trust me that retainer will be the best money ever spent.Cause when you are in jail and you see all the smoes that have no lawyer and are waiting for there court appointed over worked lawyer,you will be on your way out on bail as they lie in ther cells,wondering were did they go wrong.
Thats done.You have a Top lawyer working for you.
If you think you are under investigation do this.
Get rid of your computer and all equipment.That couggesting computer needs its hard drive killed and the actual computer smashed to bits.Get rid off all Modems,routers as all keep logs and some times people forget about that shit.Anything that you have ever written to a cd disk or what ever get rid off.The less they have to examine the better of you will be.The amount of guys like us that fail to erase and delete shit is infinite.Ask that lawyer how many of his clients kept shit that is not the reason they are in jail,i gaurantee there is a shit load of them.You Now have a chance not to be them.By using and doing Now what i am could mean the difference in you staying free and no rotting in a jail,with a load of "what ifs going through your head".
You need to rid yourself of all items bought with hot cards or money.As the Feds will take everything.If you do have money now is a good time to move it some were safe and not a bank and also not some were the feds can find it.If they are investigating you,the feds to what is called "due dilligence"and that is find out what you have done and what you have bought and own.
If at all possable work under and live under some one else's id.If that is not possable have your passports in a place that the feds cannot locate when they kick the door in with a 'no knock warrant" with 20 marshalls all armed and ready to bust your head open.
So everything is safe you have some money and your ability to leave intact.You have some choices before the feds or whom ever it is come in.You can just leave and wait it out and see what comes down the pike.
You can ask your lawyer to see if any sealed indictments are in the works or a "grand jury' sitting that have you in the frame.
If there is you can take a number off course.You can as i say leave.You can clean house and see what the charges are and fight them.
You can call the DA through your lawyer and see what they have and if you can do a deal now.Take into account a deal can mean as much as you doing time or you just you ratting on others.Or you ratting on yourself.Or working for them by oether busting your mates or whomever you can get in.We al know just how many have taken that road.Hello CJ!
Before any of you lash out at me,i am telling you how it is not what to do.The reality is in the federal system in America 95% are found guilty.I would say about 90% do some type of deal.Not all deals are ratting and so forth.Some are as simple as admitting what you did and giving the feds and the DA on your case information about you.When you do the latter,you are doing just that telling them.They cannot use that to give you more time.Its a way for them to get to know everything you did.That is one small part of If you are arrested and the whole point of this is for that not to happen.I will also add this.The Federal system is bogus.The way its set up is to have you plead guilty.If you do go to trial any consideration you would have got is now dead and you get the worst sentence.
The upside is if you are a USA citizen most fraud gets you a camp and it is just that a camp.Were as State prisons are so full and desperate that you do not wanna end up there.IF you commit crimes in the USA and are a resident alien that you cannot get a camp and usually get a miminum securtity prison and when your sentence is done get deported.Not nice either.
So say you miss the signs and the Feds kick the door in.If you have any time as you hear the door come down.Delete everything of that computer.Make sure you do not keep dumps and cc numbers on any thing you use.Those ccs even dead can mean you do serious time.If you are at the point the door is down.Than run some programme that helps you and take a seat.The shit has hit the fan.
Ask to see why they are in your home.Read the indictment or criminal complaint.See what it says.Most times its a allegation of what they think you have done.That is not proof.Sign nothing.Say nothing.
No matter how many times they ask say nothing!If they start saying shit like.Remember this ICQ with your buddy.DO not say anything!When they show you photos of you cashing out!Say nothing.Those few hours are of the upmost inportance in how your case works out.
These guys know there shit,they are doing this cause they know that if this is your first bust or your tenth.You are nervous.Its a tough business and they know that.
If you admit to nothing and say nothing you have some hope.If you react and answer questions you are now making your lawyers job so much harder.
At some point you will be taken off to a station and if it is the Feds held over till you see a justice.Your lawyer at this point knows and has either met you in custody or made it to your house while the bust went down.
If its the Feds,you are held by the masrhalls and in some case's in a state facility till court.Depending on your charges,you should make bail.If it is the Federal system there is what is called pre trial.That is like probation while your case is progressing through the system and the system in some states is real quick.Some other states real slow.
If pre trial interview you before your lawyer gets to the jail.Do this.
If you have a drug problem or any type of issues lie.Tell them you have a job family and so forth.You will have talked with your lawyer before this about bail and what is needed.Some times you are out on your own bail.No money up front.Some times you need people to sign for you,and that type of thing is what is inportant to have in place.You need some one with a job and the abilty to say they wlll pay of you split.Again the amount pf people that have no one to help is massive.If you have this stuff in place that your stay in custody is short and you are back out fighting your case and living life.Nothing worse than having bail and no way to pay.You could spend more time in custody that your sentence is.It happens all the time.
I hope you guys read this and take your security seriously and your freedom that comes with it.It is only when locked up you relise that it could have being so different!
