Though many carders go for telegram. There are still some carders who prefer jabber for one reason or the other. Jabber is know to be more safe for criminals like me and you compared to telegram and icq. But the problem is that many newbies don't know how to create a jabber account. Below are the steps.
1. Go to https://jabb.im/reg/
2. Fill the form and select any username you like provided it hasn't been used by another person. Your username should be username@jabb.im. you can also choose any other domain from the drop down box. After creating the account if it was successful you should see a message similar to what is in the picture below.
3. Download Cisco jabber app from Google play store or apple store. Then login with the username you used while creating account on the site I gave above. Incase the above site didn't work you can use any of the sites below
