EMV are created by GEMPLUS a french society on chip card , and France are the 1st country in term of EMV protection . Present on 100% of ATM and POS .
And all chip card are alone and every bank have his own algo .
Chip have a discussion with atm and pos when u enter it thats the reason ur fucked!!
so its like "mission Impossible " to use in Western europe . ( if u know an old atm without chip reader , keep it and burn it before he changed .lol )
* skim some amex FR if u want cashout in France , if no u have some good mod here who could cashout with good share in an without chip country .
