At the moment, there is no current public way to check a card for Non-VBV or Auto-VBV bin.
If you want to check the bean, then this can only be done manually, by poking the card into the payment gateway (merchant) - if the code in the SMS was not sent to the cardholder’s phone, then your card is Non-VBV or you are entering 2D Secure into the site.
If you don’t want to check cards this way, you can buy a complete database of Non-VBV bins for 2024 from a professional carder who has been collecting them for many years using the method described above, that is, manually. There are also sellers who sell lists of bins for the desired countries as a set or individually.
