How to check bin for non vbv with good accuracy?

Hey so since now ive been using the telegram bot @lfcchek_bot to check if a certain bin is non vbv. It worked before but now I just had 2 cards that showed non(auto) vbv but when I went to use them they both had vbv so I lost trust in the bot. Im wondering what are the best ways to check if a bin is vbv or not?

you gonna do more of your research before you hurry and buy a cc @lfccheck_bot is not 100% positive there is alot of useful guides and trusted sellers here you can find good offers or a way to check bins by yourself on this forum Stay Safe.

Thank you, so I guess when buying cc:s with non vbv bins I just have to be ready for it not being non vbv since I cant check it with 100% accuracy without 9 numbers.

edit: So does the visa purchase alerts method work outside US aswell or is it limited to US cards?
