CHANGE IMEI NUMBER IN ANDROID ?
Once you are done rooting your device, the next step is to install the Xposed Installer and Xposed Framework on your device, it helps to run several modules on your device.
It is very easy to install the Xposed installer you can download and install from the link below.

PROCEDURE
After downloading and installing the Xposed application and installer, the next step is to download the IMEI changer application from here:
Open the Xposed application, go to the module section, and tick mark IMEI Changer Application to activate the module and then restart your android device.
Open IMEI changer application, there on the screen, you can see the original IMEI of your device, below that click on Random IMEI, and then on the apply button.
If everything is done well, your IMEI will be changed then reboot your phone.
After reboot check your IMEI:
Call *#06# wait for the dialog box.
NOTE: For iPhone there is also a program which of course requires jailbreak, however this program is very old and would need to be updated. We will see if we can do something and come back to you with an answer.
