In order to get a replacement SIM card or transfer a SIM card from another mobile operator, you will need a valid fullz (Full Info).
Actions to swapping the SIM card:
1. We determine the mobile operator by phone number
2. Find the mobile operator’s support phone number on the Internet
3. We call the mobile operator using social engineering skills and introduce ourselves as the legitimate owner of the SIM card
4. We come up with a legend that access to the SIM card is lost and requires restoration or moving to another mobile operator for service
5. We go through verification - we call the correct data from fullz (phone number, first name, last name, SSN, DOB, MMN, address, BG, etc.)
6. We receive an eSIM or ask you to send a physical SIM card to the drop address
