  1. There are specific tools available, such as Telegram bots, that can indicate whether a card is VBV (Verified by Visa) or non-VBV. However, these tools are not always accurate. While they have worked well for me in the past, I won’t be sharing details about them, as they are private and came at a financial cost to acquire.
  2. Another option is to purchase BINs from individuals who sell them. However, exercise caution, as the market is rife with scammers. Even if you find a seller, there’s no guarantee the BINs provided will be accurate or reliable.
  3. The third approach involves investing your own time and effort to gather BINs independently. This method requires dedication and hard work but can yield more reliable results if done correctly.
I want to make it clear that this discussion is part of carding, an illegal activity. Whether you end up being scammed, spend money, or invest significant time to find BINs on your own, the risks are substantial. Carding is not a glamorous or easy endeavor, it’s a high stakes game that can result in severe consequences, including up to 50 years in prison and the complete ruin of your life.

You might wonder why such a detailed response for a simple question about BINs. This is my way of ensuring newcomers fully understand the gravity of what they’re getting into. Carding is not a path to be taken lightly.

In my experience, there’s no such thing as a bin without chargebacks. Realistically, 30-40% of orders will chargeback. Telling people, “We have a bin that won’t chargeback,” is just a straight-up lie to sell stuff that doesn’t really work.

As for carded products with “X bin,” I disagree. Anyone can fake it—I could fake it right now if I wanted to. People need to be more suspicious. I can tell if a store is legit just by looking at it for five seconds. New carders need to learn to think like that so scammers stop taking advantage of them. If a shop isn’t up to your standards, move on and find another one.

I know it’s a lot to take in, but if you want to make it, you’ve got to absorb all of this.

That said, there are good bins and private bins that work but only from good sellers. You could buy the same bin from someone else and waste 300 on cards that don't work. Just yesterday i was buying from the wrong sellers and i was down $200 before i notice what was happening. So yeah, that applies perfectly here.
Not only you need to find a good bin, you need to find someone who sells GOOD cards from THAT bin.

I meant a succesful card without chargeback, you misunderstood.
And i doubt reliable seller will fake those.

Identifying Non-VBV Cards

To determine if your card is a non-VBV (Verified by Visa) card, you can follow these steps:

1. Check Card Issuer Information: Contact your bank or card issuer directly. They can provide specific details about whether your card is enrolled in the VBV program. This is often the most reliable method.

2. Look for VBV Indicators: When making online purchases, if your card is VBV-enabled, you may be prompted to answer security questions or enter a password during the checkout process. If you do not encounter this step, your card may be non-VBV.

3. Review Card Documentation: Check any documentation or terms and conditions provided when you received your card. This information may indicate whether your card is part of the VBV program.

4. Use Online Tools: Some websites and services allow you to check the status of your card based on its BIN (Bank Identification Number). This can help you identify if your card is VBV or non-VBV. However, ensure that you use reputable sources for this information.

5. Understand the Implications: Non-VBV cards may offer less protection against fraud during online transactions. If your card is non-VBV, consider discussing with your bank about options for enhanced security features.

By following these steps, you can effectively determine whether your card is non-VBV.
