How do i convert .wav file that i wire taped

Hi guys i have track2 data in the format of a wave sound file, but i would like to decode it into real track 2 digits...anyone know of a good software to do the job?

I have already posted it on somebody's thread. the software is called 'Begemot' and written by ukraniens.
