Premium number accounts have a delay in paying out to those who run them though, do they not? To help eliminate CC fraud? I'd actually thought about doing something like this, and with SMS as well, but i would imagine if ALL your traffic is coming from carded phone credit, you'll not be around too long before they put a stop you and your accounts! LOL

obviously i wasn't talking about premium service providers that pay @ month end or others that pay in months. With those the fraud will have been detected before the cheque is signed.
i am talking about premium service providers that will pay u daily or some that pay as you call
