Check the dumps section, theres a lot of sellers there. Read all the threads and check the feedback (better from user with more than 3 months on forum and good reputation). U´ll need plastics (same check plastics and documents sections) and msr to put the info (encoder, u can find it on ebay), thats a start. If u want to make all the plastics by ur self, ull need a printer, embosser, tipper, etc, but u can star with that. Good luck pal...
