Hi, i have 3 different CC numbers (and a debit card) of someone very wealthy and also have a pic of front and back of their ID. Am looking for largest cashout method, Thinking western union. You wanna send a fresh WU with a credit card? That's a sure fire way to get flagged on the spot!
Do you even have the phone number for the guy? If they're not non vbv, and they're not, you're gonna need an otp code to even slide forward.
