Where is it possible to use cards with only the number, cvv, exp, and zip? I know some payment gateways with allow it but I'm Not exactly sure how to go about it. Any ideas would be appreciated. Thanks!

Usually sites with paid subscriptions, but I doubt you will be able to make any significant profit from it if you only have 1
