I use webmoney Light , with passport verified .

Last week when i m connect on my account , WM ask me to reload the new certificate , that what i do .

i CHAnge certificat in my bowzer settings and i could connect in WM light .

bUT WHEN i try to send money they said " Incorrespondant WMID "

I send message to WMZ arbitrage and have receveid this answer

I think that the problem that someone who paid by WM, using WMID: "xxxx66434249" did not paid the credit in time, so he paid you with money that he borrowed.
WM blocked his account and yours. You can unblock your account if you'll make refund for this transaction, check history for this payment and then... write to arbitrage...

webmoney generally sucks there days. get to use LR instead. too many checks and there's a policy that calls block on a series of purses based on the domino effect. If a guy whose purse is blocked xfered u $, urs gets blocked too.
