He is not wrong, albeit police/LE are smarter than they were, but tools have also advanced for you to make yourself safer. No.1 priority of any carder should be safety, money wise, internet wise, personal wise. At the end of the day you are commiting a crime, it should be ingrained into your head to think about everything thrice, not just twice. If you always stay 1 step ahead and never become complacent in your actions, i promise you, you will be near impossible to get caught.
