The new AI assistant will sort information and even create a post on the social network.
At the Made by Google conference, the company announced the launch of its new AI assistant , Assistant with Bard, based on generative artificial intelligence and Bard technology.
The new AI assistant is able to provide users with personalized assistance in various tasks, from planning their next trip to creating a list of products to buy.
Bard-based Assistant will integrate with the company's apps, such as Gmail and Docs, to help you find and summarize information. Users can interact with the tool via text, voice, or images, while retaining key features of the regular assistant, such as the ability to send text messages.
One of the most notable features of the new assistant is its ability to create captions for photos. For example, a user can "drag the Bard overlay to a photo" that they want to post on social networks and ask the assistant to create a caption. The demo shows how Bard can suggest suitable hashtags for an image.
Google also emphasized that users can choose individual privacy settings. Although Assistant with Bard technology will not be available immediately, Google plans to offer the assistant to early testers in the near future, and in the next few months the new assistant will appear in Android and iOS.
