Is it possible to buy giftcards from websites like ebay or amazon, etc... with a cvv (address, etc) and get it without the order being cancelled before the seller-merchant gives the code?
have any of you tried buying stuff from ebay that are nonphysical? not only gift card codes, could be a website domain, etc..

ok, thanks, but for ex: when i try to get an amazon card for 500$ it sometimes waits for a bank approval 12-24 hours, and i just rather cancel it
but sometimes it doesnt
what's the problem with this? why isn't it going through smoothly?
